"X" Marks the French Tip Tutorial

Greetings! I am finally getting back into the rhythm of things so with that being said, my apologies for the lack of post.  Hope you all are doing well.  Today I want to share a super quick and super easy nail tutorial.  I like to call it an "X" french tip.  For this tutorial you will need the following products: white nail polish, blue nail polish, striping tape, a pair of scissors, and a cuticle pusher (optional).  Lets get started...

Gather your materials.  For my white polish I used Zoya Purity and for the blue I used Zoya Dream.

Paint your nail with your base coat to protect your nail and once its completely dry, paint your nails white.

Once the white is completely dry, apply your striping tape, forming an "X" half way down your nail. Using the flatter side of the cuticle pusher, press the tape down on all the edges.  You want to make sure no polish gets under the tape.

Carefully paint your nails within the "X" with the blue.

While the blue is still wet, gently remove the striping tape.  You do not want to wait until it dries because it may pull the polish up with it.

And that's it! Apply your topcoat when it dries and enjoy!

Please note that you may use any colors you like.
